We’re Fitz and Zoe Spence — husband and wife, parents, faith-driven entrepreneurs, and passionate advocates for freedom, wellness, and purpose-led living.
Over the past decade, we’ve aligned our entrepreneurial experience with a deeper mission: helping people around the world take back control of their time, income, and wellbeing.
In partnership with a leading Scandinavian biotech and nutrition company, we’ve built a thriving business in the direct sales space, but more importantly, we’ve cultivated a global community of empowered individuals choosing a different path.
This is more than a business. It’s a movement, and we’re just getting started.

Originally from Manchester in the Northwest of the UK, Fitz began his career in the global hospitality and wine industry, building and growing premium brands across international markets.
After years of elevating others’ products, he felt the pull to create something of his own, and together, we launched our hospitality brand, combining industry insight with a shared dream of building something lasting and meaningful.
Zoe brings raw honesty and a fierce dedication to this mission, especially when it comes to supporting women navigating business, identity, and change. Her voice resonates with authenticity, drawing in those who are ready to rise and rewrite their own story.
Zoe is the creative soul, grounded in nurture, nature, and intuition, the calm in the noise. She doesn't buy into hype or the sugar-coated promises of instant success. She’s the girl next door who’ll tell it like it is and walk alongside you while you figure it out.
With Zoe, there’s no performance, just presence. She’s the anchor when the tide of change feels overwhelming, the steady voice when you’re questioning your path, and the one who will always remind you of your own power, even when you’ve forgotten it.

It didn’t happen overnight…
For years, we poured our energy into building a successful hospitality business. We loved the community, the creativity, and the chance to bring people together, but over time, the pace, the pressure, and the constant demands took their toll. We realised that while we had built something meaningful, we were also stuck in a model that didn’t leave space for the kind of life we truly wanted.
Fitz has always believed in creating multiple income streams, but when Covid hit, that belief took on new urgency. The experience ignited his drive to build a more secure future, not just for us, but for others too. It also sparked a deeper personal journey: one of self-awareness, growth, and leadership. He knew that to truly help others, he had to first understand himself.
Zoe took a little longer to step away from the familiar. Hospitality had been her creative outlet for years, but eventually, the grind became heavier than the fear of change. When the pain of staying the same outweighed the unknown, she fully immersed herself in building a new future, one rooted in purpose, wellness, and connection
